Hotels that don't care for their clients

Dear hello Peter we were booked at khoroni hotel in venda for a shoot. It happened on the 19 August 2018 I fell in their bath tub which is combined with a shower. I hurt myself that I even reported it to the staff and management but I received no assistant and was told that there is nothing they can do to help me. So I want sue the hotel for negligence and now I had to pay for my doctors expenses whereas they should have assisted me.
