unauthorized debit orders

i was debited an amount of R99.99 more than once by khonaphambili and yesterday i finally got their numbers *** i spoke to Nomonde gave her my reference number and she says she will call me by COB yesterday 30-03-2016 which she did not do .. today the whole day the number is giving a busy tone .i called back the company that provided me with the number for Khona they claim that there is power outaged in Durban that is why the number is not going through.<br> <br> all i want from Khona is <br> want to know who gave company Khonaphambili authorization to debit my account <br> I want my money back not only for the debits that processed this month but for all the other months.<br> I need in writing from your company a letter that states that you will never debit my account again<br> proof of the monies paid back into my account by your company Khonaphambili
