Unreliable

The Director is unreliable as an employer. He makes one feel like he is doing people favours by hiring them. He punishes you for resigning by ********ly witholding salaries that have worked for. He does not comply with the UIF and does not contribute or declare employees.

I resigned and he gladly accepted but it is now 2 weeks he has not paid me my salary. No structure as far as HR is concerned, he only does things as and if he feels like it and thinks because he is an attorney, the law does not apply to him. Dont take your cases there, he withdraws and leaves a client's case unfinished whenever a client starts expressing concern.
