Air con installer

This company installed a Samsung air conditioner at my home in Feb 2023. 21 months later the machine had an error message and stopped working. I called them to fix the problem. They quoted me over R4000 for a service, came out twice and refilled the aircon gas but the air con still didn't work and they then wanted to replace the whole PC board. I then discovered they were not samsung accredited and got another company out who was samsung accredited who charged me R900 and fixed the air con in an hour. They discovered a gas leak due to the faulty installation. I would not recommend Khoi Engineering to anyone. They are a ******* and totally ***********.
