Bad service and failure to admit that their underwriter did not give proper advise or did not do her job completely.

I have a bad service from this companies where by my claim was declined as they said I did not nominate the nominated driver of which I was not even asked about his details during underwriting. Even on the recording that I requested they did not ask me about his details. When I am complaining they said if I'm not satisfied with their service I must just write the ombudsman as there is nothing they can do, without even calling me to get my story.
