Shocking shocking shocking!

Utterly shocking! Ordered on the 23rd of November, got the tracking email with the tracking details. A week and a half later and still no parcel! They claim that it was sent with PARGO. After contacting Pargo multiple times they said they don’t have possession of the parcel. I contact them to cancel and they say I can only cancel when I receive the order! Which has not been sent yet! Utterly unhelpful. Only to find out 2 weeks later that the parcel was cancelled on their side. Still no word from Kheper! They ignore all calls, emails and WhatsApps from both my husband and I! I expect a refund within the next 48 hours! This is the WORST service I have ever received from ANY local brand. Unhelpful and in denial. Clearly no business skills. There are so many better local companies I can recommend for fitness wear. I sincerely hope that Kheper resolves the situation within the next 48 hours!!
