Bad Smokey Smell

Hi I want to complain about a smell in khayelitsha Cape Town, its smells very bad that will wake you up in the middle of the night thinking your house is on fire. I don't know what they are burning but I'm sure its not good for our health. People say its coming from the military base here in Khayelitsha, I don't know if its true. They say DA is on top of its game in cape Town but not in the black communities. Please help us this smell is going to **** us, I wake up with a painful chest everyday please help people cannot live like this
