Unreliable and Unproffesionalism

Good Day<br> <br> I protested against Black Stars FC to Khayelitsha Local Football Association regard the clearance card issue. First of all Black Stars Football Club refused to give me a clearance card in order I can join another soccer club. I decided that I must write a letter to Khayelitsha Local Football Association asking them to convene to this problem as they are the affiliates of SAFA.<br> <br> I wrote the first letter last year and they called me to their meeting and the President Mr. Mtatase promised that they will resolve this situation. After a month without response I wrote a second letter they didn't respond (Unreliable and unprofessional). To cut it short i have noticed that the manager of Black Stars FC and the executive they had a private meeting regarding my issue. This is unprofessional they should have called me in every meeting they hold because I am the one who complained. Even now i haven't received my clearance because of Black Stars Manager and Khayelistha Lfa President.. Mr.T.
