Complaint

This morning I was transferred to Khayelitsha hospital she always nose bleed. Yesterday she was vomiting blood with clots. I took her to SiteB clinic which I was quickly attended as this is not normal and an emergency. I decided to take a taxi from SiteB clinic because I felt like I couldn't wait for an ambulance as it will take time. I got to Khayelitsha hospital I showed the letter to a nurse and I was told to go open a folder and come back. I opened a folder when I came back I saw the nurse was busy so I decided to wait until she's done fortunately a doctor saw me standing by the door and asked to see the letter and there is the nurse leaving whatever she was doing to shout at me telling me she told me to seat down. She never told me to seat down and she never told me to stand but I chose to wait as she was busy with other things. I told the nurse in a very nice tone that I don't like how she's speaking to me but that ended up to an argument and acted as if I'm attacking her and she's helping me because I'm tressed my daughter is sick. As we were arguing the nurse told me she will put me behind like in the next room but I did not understand that time only to think now that she meant she will put my daughters folder away. She is now spitting my daughter and playing with her life just because I told her I don't like how she is speaking to me. I'm still hear un attended still since morning bcz everything has to go through her. What if something happenes to my daughter while we still waiting for her to decide weather my daughter can be helped or not as everything depends on her and she is to decide. I guess we will have to sleep on the chairs bcz I can't take the child home what if something happens to her.
