Bad experience with a nurse who admit patient

Went to hospital last week Wednesday to admit my brother the nurse was rude didn't care he's name is Zakhe Fatyela i made complain write it down submit it to sister F Bartlett said she will get back to me within 24 hours till today nothing what kind of hospital is that letting the stuff to be rude to people who need help
