REFUSAL TO REFUND DEPOSIT

My kids who are University students rented an apartment No 4 in their property known as Beatrix Inn in Arcadia for ten months in 2015. They gave notice towards the end of November to vacate the premises at the end of November.<br> <br> to cut a long story short we never got refunded the deposit up to today. The numbers listed under the company name are no longer functioning, We got some cellphone numbers from a guy who works there as a caretaker. We called the number and the guy said he is not responsible for paying the refund but he will talk to the \people who are responsible for refunding\". It has been more than two months now, we haven't gotten the money except for empty promises by this guy to talk to the owners of the building.<br> <br> Please intervene on our behalf.. the name of the guy who is giving us the runaround is Trust .
