Poor service at Kharina school

I called Kharina school in Pietermaritzburg asking about application forms and the lady who answered me from reception I believe is a clerk asked me where is my child schooling I told her in Harrismith and she said to me they don't take children from there and told me not to call again and put the phone down on me to me it felt like a ************** she can't say that being the public figure in a government school
