Appalling service by phycologist Khanyisile Cele

I recently had a session with Khanyisile Nene, a physiologist I was referred to by someone I know - naturally, I overlooked doing my own background check on her.

I was there to see her for a ‘therapy session’ which leaved less to be desired for. I was consulted with in the waiting room area with patrons walking in and out and her taking a phone call at some point during our session.

Honestly, if I were to write in detail the nightmare I experienced, I’d be writing for days. The next day I wrote her a text explaining how dissatisfied I was , only for her to call me back deflating the situation & taking morning accountability.

I would 200% NOT RECOMMEND her to anyone!!! As I’m writing this I’m still so shocked that a ‘professional’ would give such a service & expect to be paid in full. Absolutely ridiculous!
