Paid R 5 750,00 for Excavator - Never Delivered. Avoid

On the 20th May 2025, I paid R 5 750,00 via EFT to Khanyisa Energy Group owned by Tshiamo Shaun Khotsa for an excavator. The agreed delivery date was 21 May 2025. Despite repeated promises to deliver/resolve the issue, the excavator never arrived. Over 2 weeks, I contacted them multiple times via Phone. Each time, they gave excuses and now they stopped responding. This has caused project delays, lost work, financial hardship. I’ve received no refund or concrete resolution. I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Verify delivery before full payment, and use secure payment methods. Tshiamo Shaun Khotsa, I expect a full refund.
