Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I hired this carpet cleaning company for my rental property, explicitly asking if the carpet would be properly cleaned and dried. I was assured it would be. The cleaning was fine, but the carpet wasn’t dried properly, and by the next day, it was still wet. I reached out multiple times (March 14, 15, and 17) before the owner finally promised to fix the issue. By then, the wet carpet had caused an unbearable smell, forcing me to replace the carpet with tiles at a cost of over R3000. Since March 17, there has been no communication from the owner or manager. The lack of response and poor customer service has been extremely frustrating. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of good customer care, and this company has shown none of that. I would not recommend them due to their poor service and lack of accountability.
