Complain

It was for the first time using this services and I will never recommend it to any of my fellow comrades, colleagues nor family. The arrogance of the guy from their call centre. I was once an employee of one the biggest shuttle in South Africa but I have never spoken to a client the way he spoke to me. Clients are respected. I believe the reason we give out our contact details is for the driver to call when arriving at the pick up point NOT to get there, park their cars and keep quiet. For a first user like me, how am I suppose to know which car to look for? He even had the nerve to tell me that I can lodge a complaint, it will be of no use as they won't even entertain nor refund me for their service not rendered as the tracker will prove otherwise. I think the fact that they don't have strong competitors is getting in their brains.
