Gideon Mathebula is Unprofessional. He is the problem not the Business

It pains me that I am giving a bad review to this company not based on their work which is excellent but based on its Owner’s professional acumen and his inability to communicate and deliver. When I was looking for Solar installation I came across Khalanga Group in 2022, that lead to installing solar in my house starting with 3 panels then upgrading to 6. In February 2024 I paid Khalanga in advance for replacement of 3.3kva to 5 inverter.. this is where the true colours of Gideon came through. And while I’m getting all sorts of excuses from him on why my inverter is not installed I patiently waited and understand. It’s February 2025 and a year since the payment and what is worse is the fact that he is not picking up calls nor responding to texts which is very unprofessional for a business worse when your current clients are Eskom and co. I am not asking for anything beyond what we agreed upon which is having my inverter and installed. I had days where I had to miss work coz he says his people are coming to install but even at this moment they haven’t made it. Anyways, I hope with the money I’ve already paid for that inverter he will still afford Pirates tickets.
