Dishonest and unpprofessional

Wait until the system gives you trouble then you will get to experience how unproffessional, dishonest and not having integrity the owner Gedion is. 8 months in having the system, the inverter had a fault that required the inverter to be repaired or replaced, bearing in mind that his installation comes with a 5 years warranty. He then promised to replace the faulty inverter. After so many callls we made asking about when will we get the inverter, he **** to us, became rude and gave silly excuses all the time until he decided not to pick up our calls.the fault happened over a month ago...as i am tyiping this we still havent received the inverter from him.. and he is still not picking up our calls..

I am writing this to warn others as myself i ignored the negetive reviews of him being unprofessional, i actually gave him the benefit of the doubt. Now i have a system that i paid over R100 000 for but it is unusable.

Please save your mobey and get a reputable installer...
