Worst service EVER!!!

The worst service I've ever received in my life!!! I paid in cash for a tombstone since in July till today its has not been installed, I've called to follow up with no change. I had app**** for permission to install, the permit I had received has expired already now the company is telling me to apply for another one which THEY expect ME to pay for...like what. I'm disappointed, angry, disgusted above all I'm hurt because I wanted to do this to honor my mom but now it has dragged for so long. I'm fed up.
