Pathetic, unwilling service,

Pathetic service laybed a tombstone and today when i went to pay the outstanding balance they tell me I wasn't loaded on their system on top of that the tombstones which i laybed was the option of buy one and get one free only after paying they tell me its only for the headstone not the full tombstone which the consultant is asking me about the terms of description of tombstones how they work but I asked prior about even had a picture of what was promised i felt so ****** i had an option to take my money where i would smile, with assuring customer service, the service we get from our own community is shame, they are less informative and have no procedure , profession ethics, never again infact i would gladly love to receive my money back in so crushed and hurt.
