PATHETIC AND SHAMEFUL SERVICE DELIVERY

On the 5th of October we bought a tombstone from Khaabo tombstone and our consultant by the name of Faith promised that everything was going to be done by the 23rd October as the unveiling was on the 30th October . We trusted them as we chose to give a business to the black person to empower them. On the 23 of October we were told that the stone was ready just needed to be engraved and we were happy and we were told that in the 25 October it was going to be installed and that they were going to inform us on the day of the installation. No one phoned us and on the 29 day before the unveiling day we phoned Khaabo Tombstone and spoke to Cecilia who reffered us to Susie from productions. This Susie lady she's a professional **** who told us that the stone was just delivered and with the experience that they gave us I asked her to take a picture of a stone and send it me. It took her 45 minutes and we had to phoned them and she told us that the stone was still at Booyens. Later on the 29 October she phoned me telling me that the stone was installed and the time was around 4 and we couldn't go there to see. On the 30th October my mum went there at Nasrec cemetery to cover the stone WOOOW the stone had screthes, was not polished and the was no body of a tombstone was not installed but only the head.... The question is how do we empower black businesses if they don't know the meaning of service delivery I'm so disappointed in all of this...
