Attention to Financial Manager

I am disputing the customer service from your staff and the time it has taken your company to refund us.

We bought more than 10 tombstones in just this year. We have never given nor had a discrepancy with any payments because of the relationship we have built with your business.

The financial group however had outstanded failing us on the refund we await on the overpayment we made. 21days was stated to us as a turnaround time for the refund and up to today we are still waiting luckily. We have made numerous efforts to get in touch with your office with no success in getting the refund. Instead we were requested to send Proof of payments which we sent on 16/10/2023 however our communications were ignored as we turned to irritate the staff now.

Will be quoting your mission which you failing me and my husband on : ''We strive to keep our promise to provide quality material at low prices''

but failed me on the 21days refund and further advised me on another 5days.

Integrity, trust and we now feel ****** by the entity as we have OVERPAID for the service.

We therefore have reached a point where we want to demand our refund to be paid to us immediately with no further delays. I will not accept another 5 days turnaround time as we have already waited more than 30 days to be refunded which already exceeded your 21 days turnaround time. The matter in which this case has been handled is unprofessional and *********.
