Disgustingly revolting service

What a horrid experience I've had with this ****py company! So I was given a 1pm appointment for installation, get there, they are not at the cemetery. I call half an hour later to find out what's going on and Lerato pretends to be shocked that the installation guys are not there. She goes on to lie to me saying they are on their way when they are not, I wait until 2pm and decide to leave because my safety is compromised. Still no communication whatsoever around 3pm until I make a follow up call, they still lie at their office saying all installations are done at this particular cemetery (guy even says he "assumed" I was sorted after having my case "escalated") I drive back to cemetery and get there around 4pm only to find them busy with another grave. I went frantic when they told me they still had one more grave to attend to before installing my family's. Not only that, the guys are rude particularly a guy named Moloto (wanginxaphela) at this point I was livid and extremely emotional. I spoke to the owner by the name of Lebo who couldn't be bothered at all by my complaint, very nonchalant without a care in the world, also gave me an attitude herself telling me "there's no need to shout" Their service is disgusting!!! No regard for customers, unprofessional. Disgusting!!!!
