Disgusting unprofessional service!!!

Very unprofessional pathetic service.!!!!! Have paid tombstones which were supposed to be done 1st week of June. That hasn't been done, no phone calls from them or whatsoever communication means and when you try calling them it's either their phones are unanswered or there is no one who can assist. Finally decided to go to their offices in Dk and no one could give me answers and I'm still awaiting for the manager to call me even now.
