Bad customer service and the worst service delivery

I had the worst experience with this business I was assisted by faith who was very unprofessional they had installed 4 tombstones and did not plaster them on the side it was what looks like a cut and paste job they also did not include the Date of death on 2 stones when I called they kept saying she was with a client for 3 hours after that they stopped taking my calls then I called the 011 number which they answered when I asked for her they put the line down then continued to have a conversation she never came to the phone I was so disappointed as we had to unveil those tombstones like that I'm so displeased and disgusted by how these people operate bad customer service
