Bad bad service and rude manager

Yesterday we were told to wait by the cemetery at 13:00, they were going to meet there to install two tombstone ,we waited no problem they arrived at 15:00 no complains what made me so angry was their truck was full of guys that no one offered a sit to my mother a 65 year had to walk while they follow her up the hill,talked to the guy that was in charge guy was rude he told me that there is another client in the car "so is that client more important then us'that they had to drag him all over the town wow anyway it didnt end there as we went to the second grave that client that was so important was now sitting at the back which shows that the manager,was actually lying to us ,is this how you train your staff to treat people we not even sure if the tombstone where installed correctly or after a month they will fall apart
