New Management - Bad Service

I truly believe with new management comes great responsibility and will definitely not advice using KH Electronics for TV repairs. I only got great reviews from people saying Kevin is the best at what he does - no the store is under new management but be sure you know who you dealing with before you consider making use of their services. The cold/rude reception I received was definitely a big NO NO, there is no customer service of any sort. I waited 3 weeks for answers from them, in which I was promised call backs but always ended up being the one to follow up!! Don't forget the lies - one moment suppliers are blamed for delays in parts, then the part is there, the next moment the part was never delivered. When I collected my Tv today, it was in worse condition than when I gave it in, all scratched and dirty - as was layed flat on the 'face' on the ground!! After all this and the damage to my Tv, they still required R200 "workshop" fee when I collected. THIS IS NOT A SHOP YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH!
