Kgosi ya meetse Ltd. kept my waterpump after paying them, rel9cate from my province but won't refund me

Eugene of Kgoshi ya meetse dug a borehole for me in 2017. It was supposed to be a 75 meters which I had paid for but he found water at 40 meters, which he owes me the difference on the money paid for it.

I had ordered and paid from him borehole digging, a water pump, water tank and sceptic tank. Since the yard was unoccupied at the time, he adviced that for the pump guarantee not to expire before use, he would not install the water pump, tank, the sceptic tank but will bring them as soon as I occupy the stand.

I have since occupied the land but the company has relocates to Durban from Polokwane.

The owner has promised to pay me back over R27 000.00 which they owe me but they have been sending me from pillar to post for the past years.

Eugene the owner is not paying me back my money but keeps making empty promises over the years and I need it to.buy new equipment so I can have my basic human right;acess to water.

This company has ****med me and just makes empty promises all the time. They confirm and agree to the debt but they are not paying it but always comes with excuses. I want my money so I can buy and install the equipments tp pump my water amd install the sreage sysyem.
