Dishonest and don't deliver what they promise

My extractor at my Mochachos packed up due to a surge in December. I called Mohammed of Kgomogwe Maintenance he came in put a new extractor motor according to him and that motor packed within 3 days so I called him again and after 2 weeks he returned meaning for two weeks we had no extractor working at the shop he installs another extractor motor and fan and tells me it's 2.2 kw motor once installed he leaves and says his system has 3 month guarantee the shop is currently full of smoke and his system not working for a month I have been contacting him and he hasn't come out but has taken the money on further inspection we found out he has installed 1.1 kw motor and not what he said. He is dishonest has taken his money and strong warning not to do Buisness with him.
