My late father took his BMW to get serviced there. The mechanic would do a diagnosis and give a quote for parts and labour, however, every time we paid we were told we need more parts and more labour ( exorbitant mark up on prices) he charged me R6k for parts that when I sourced on my own from Goldwagen and BMW parts, it was R1800. He had promised to source a specific part for the vehicle and it took him months and week by week I’d try get an update and he’d never respond. Terrible service, unprofessional conduct. His autoshop has vehicles that have been sitting there for months yet he sent my car to storage which I was then forced to pay to release my car. We paid over 15k to this mechanic and we haven’t received anything, instead he gives me attitude and now I’m forced to pay release fee from storage to get my late fathers car back. Thapelo Mahura is the owner. Very disappointing to say the least. And now we stand to lose the car entirely due to these high release fees. I would advise everyone to never use this guys services. He will take ur money and won’t do a thing to ur car.
