Poor municipal service

Kgetleng Municipality have their district without water for 8 days now. Toilets can't flush, wich becomes a health hazard, the poor must buy water in order to drink and eat. Only those who are privileged enough to have a borehole can bath. This district are either without water or electricity since the last trimester of 2021, while residents get municipal bill's of R1117 000 and more! The service is outrageously poor, a better description would be "non existant! Please take account for your poor services and give the citizens of this district what is commanded by the constitutional law. The right to water and electricity!!!!!
