Bad businessman

I am a customer that is dealing with KG Electric for many years. Uwe was always helpful and willing to help as well as Priscilka. All I needed to do us just call Priscilka that her my requirements and it happened within abd hour depending on there stock. She always went the extra mile for the customer. I called the voices 2 weeks ago only to find the she is no longer with company and was told that Uwe sold the business to Alex . I enquired about some stock I paid for 3 months ago and was told he does not know anything about it., which got me thinking maybe I should call other agents that dealt with KG ELECTRIC. ABD GOT THE SAME COMMENTS. They went to the offices for a repair and was told they dont have stock and will only gave in 2- 5 WEEKS. I am not willing to deal with this guy because he is unprofessional and when we call the office the phone just rings. When it us answered we dont dont get any joy. Priscilka was always helpful and willing to go an extra mile did not matter what. She was always helpful. Knowledgeable and professional and this also gives for Uwe. I AM REALLY unsettled about dealing with this company (KGE SOKAR) anymore and quite frankly other agents had told me the same 5hing. Which makes me think this is not going the right way.
