KGB & African bank horrible service

I am so annoyed with the service between African bank and KGB its so frustrating, i have African bank calling me even after i settled the account with KGB... African bank calls me everyday and seems the feedback i give just falls on deaf ears... even i after i sent thru all documents showing proof of payment... African bank consultant still has the nerve to tell me that i must call KGB and tell them they have not received my payment .. how absurd ... i regret the day i got myself involved with African.. their consultants are absolutely helpless and dont have a clue what they are doing, and each consultant has a story of their own... i am so livid with these people
