Annoying Threatening Sms

I am so irritated and annoyed by the service between African bank and KGB, I get calls from both parties wanting to collect and the next thing I am getting messages from the attorneys threatening to send sheriff's. It's so annoying, why is that the account is handed over then I still have the bank calling to make arrangements and the attorneys as well. Please make your message minds with this account as to who will handle it. And when you send emails to KGB they are not responded to.
