Unhappy Client

My Mom, a pensioner took a Funeral cashback policy with Kgatso Funerals and we send a claim with the hope that it will pay out on time to bury my younger brother and they provided false information, send us from pillar to post, staff is ***********, and wonder if that`s how so called black entrepeneurs treat their black customers or just plain ****** masquerading as a business. Even now we still waiting with no answer in sight. I just want our money then cancel it.
