Kgatso funerals is ***********

My name is Elizabeth I'm helping mother Florah who bought four tombstones in June 2021 at Kgatso Funerals, we are not happy with the service we received as till today 04 September 2021 we are still waiting and what makes me even more angry I explained to Sophie that we can't wait any longer as we already postponed the date which was set for the tomstones ceremony. Sophie promised that the tombstones will are ready and waiting to be written by Friday 27th August 2021 when she didn't call me on Friday to give us date for installation we gave her time to finish and on Tuesday I sent her an email that if the tomstones are not ready for installation on the 3rd September 2021 I want a full refund now her phone is voicemail and the office is also offline. We were not treated professionally and this makes me wonder of how many people they *****ed , im angry and frustrated 😠
