Bad service and unnecessary delays

Today the 06th December i visited the clinic my time of arrival was 08:45 and was given ticket number 09, meaning I am number 00 on the waiting queue. Yet at 10:30 only 2 patients before me were called in , all the security ladies kept on saying is please don't leave they are about to call you. But did not happen. It doesnt make sense that it takes 2 hours for 2 patients to be attended to. There are no emergency that would justify this long wait.
