Poor service

We took our car to Kgabo cars at Soshanguve 3 years back to be fixed they asked that we buy new parts which we did but still car not fixed everything time when we ask them they telling us stories and worse part they don’t communicate my husband is the one that has to call them and ask what’s going on ( 3 years now still waiting
