I was working at kgabang as a driver,my contract ended so now the owner didn't wanna renew the car disc,I've been driving it wit the expired disc,so now it blocked me from doing my pdp ND license ND I've got a warranty of arrest

I was working at kgabang as a driver,my contract ended so now the owner didn't wanna renew the car disc,I've been driving it wit the expired disc,so now it blocked me from doing my pdp ND license ND I've got a warranty of arrest.i went there ND told him to pay the fines he said he will do so manje I'm having problems everytime on the big road blocks.
