Bad supplier

I've contacted Geoff from KG Tar Surface for a quote. Very professionally received a site visit to discus terms and conditions. The quote was sent which I've accepted and paid more than the required amount. Work started almost immediately but with some confusion, what's advertised and is getting executed. The differences were solved almost immediately. Some materials arrived on time, then the issues started. I was promised that by the end of the following week that work will be done. All this started 11 August 2025, here we are 02 October 2025 and it's not done. I was promised to get some of my deposited money back, but its now 2weeks later and no response from Geoff. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
