Security guards disrespecting tenants in their units and conducting self as if they are landlords

I am a tenant at joshco Fleurhoff flats, the complex name is Fleurhoff junction phase 4,my unit number O - 9 and !y name is Ms M N Mothoa. I had a beyond bad experience ,bad attitude and disrespect from a complex security guard that was on night shift on Saturday 02/12/2017. The security company is KG security. I obtained authorisation from my landlord to install Dstv dish, the installer arrived, I was called to the security gate to produce permission,which I did ,security asked me what it is for I explainedc that it is for dish, I left it with him then went back to my unit. As the installer was busy installing, I left my unit door open allowing the installer to move in and out as required, as I was busy in the kitchen, I had loud shout,I looked outside, there was this security guard shouting at me, the tenant and these were his words: dont your people know where the dish must be installed? The dish must be installed at the roof top ,dontg theory know? Then he stormed away, I was left puzzled,this guy shouts and disrespect me in my home? Is this part of his job description? Does he own the complex maybe? Does he know that he is here to serve and protect me as a tenant? Those were the questions I asked. Hello peter I came to you because there are so many incidences that I did not report but this 1 hit me hard, made me feel like a prisoner in my own home. Plead hello peter assist.
