Zinhle needs customer service training

I am so tired to having to approach the manager attitude kfc southway mall. Zinhle the cashier at the drive through has no way to treat her patrons. Her attitude and in the manner she speaks to the public members is pathethic. we don't even get a greeting from her and who does she think we are when she shouts at out of arrogance. I have complained to the manager several times but she is still left to deal with the public. Southway mall will surely loose all it's customers soon to other branches. we are very unhappy and will never use that kfc again or maybe we should just stick to nandos were they give us first class treatment
