ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STAF F OF KFC BELLVILLE

From the lady called Niyan on drive through who put in wrong order & i had to wait for her senior to void that & she told me there's a waiting time for zinger wings & i confirmed to her that my order is zinger box meal. This was done at 20h01 At the receiving window i confirmed again with a guy called Polani if this is zinger box meal & he said yes. My numerous bad experiences with KFC's take away made me not to ever leave without checking if i am given the correct order, and i was not disappointed this time aswell. My order was loaded box meal & Polani was so giving me attitude & he said wings waiting time is 10min & asked me to wait on parking lot where he will bring my order. By 20h25 i still did not get my order & i went inside where the lady Niyan who took my order took my receipt to ask if my order is ready & my order was not ready i waited another 5mins or so.

KFC your staff in Bellville strand street are extremely poor on customer service.
