ZERO (0) rating for KFC Online order

If there was a rating for #0 KFC Online order deserve it. I ordered online, got first notification when food was collected and when driver was headed my way. Then i received another notification that driver had arrived. As i was making my way to meet driver at the gate, i receive another notification that food has been delivered. I never received the food!!!!! This was after i wrote an instruction for driver requesting to call be called when he arrives. The drivers do not verify order number or customer name versus their delivery receipt. Online order is a waste of time and effort.
