you need a full tank before you to KFC drive thru

The service at this drive through is pathetic, you are forced to park there for over 30 mins just waiting for them to serve you. yesterday there were 4 cars as I drove into the drive thru the time when I got there was 20:40 but I only got my order at 21:20 for 40 mins I was waiting on just 4 cars with small orders. the ladies at the windows are talking to each other and telling stories while you wait for the order via their headsets. one day we were told to wait by the ordering window and not drive to the collection as the timer will beep while we still wait so we were made to wait in between where there are no sensors mean while the ladies were talking about one customer how he is so handsome but has problems. I found it so unprofessional. something really needs to be done about this. My kids even fell asleep while we were waiting for attendance. even if you walk in as well they take their own sweet time im not sure if their cookers are slow or what but they need to beef up their service
