You just lost a customer

I am sick and tire with KFC in Vosloorus Goldspot, they NEVER get orders correct, more than 3 times have had to drive back to return my orders and without a compensation on my petrol, Can you imagine how annoying it is to be given someone else's order. I went to KFC on Monday the 16 Nov and yet again i got a wrong order i could not drive back due to the rain storm i had to deal with meat that is short, u can imagine the inconvenience of sharing some pieced. I then went on their FB page to complain and they asked me to send them my cell no which i did, that was on Tuesday and i still have not received any contact. I am going to spread the word around, to people as i am being cheated by KFC for my money .
