You failed to comply with Health and Safety Rules

I ordered a snack burger and Colonel burger, making it clear that I did not want any lettuce or tomato on my burger. The man who took my order did inform the lady at the back (visible to me) she looked annoyed at my order saying something in Xhosa I did not understand at her fellow workers at the back and they all laughed and looked at me. I waited for my order longer than the lady that ordered similar to me and looked for what was taking so long. At my surprise I could see that she was hiding something from me as she kept on looking up and down at the burger. It did not bother me at the time as my order was ready. I looked at my snack burger in a horrific state and then at my Colonel burger. My snack burger, not even worthy of calling it that, had lettuce on it and my Colonel burger had tomato on it. I took it back and made it clear that this is not what i ordered and the man gave it back to the woman and said sorry, he does not know what is wrong with her. She simply took the burger, annoyed i could see and sc***** the lettuce off the burger with her BARE hands and opened up the colonel burger and took off the tomato with her BARE hands and in between the mayonnaise.
