XENOPHOBIA & BULLY STAFF

Good day,

I hereby complaint of Nothando who first said I should wait for my sister outside the shop ,we will come inside when we are ready to order.As I was coming out she uttered that this is not pass station then I asked her what do you mean it's not park station she then said you Zimbabwean.

I dont come to KFC to be told nonsense and I will not tolerate a employer fighting me and she is xenophobia.i guess you have cameras in the shop that will show your illiterate stupid employer with xenophobia.After no manager employer apologised on such barbaric behavior from their staff instead and whole staff.I had to wait for my sister outside and we had to go eat elsewhere where they have good customer care.We don't have such behaviours in Pretoria.If your store does not have money to send their staff for customer training,why not opt for free training from Bankseta.

This is unacceptable!!AIKHONA MANI!!!!!
