Wrong total and bad service

I just got to the drive through at mt edgcombe KFC . Firstly their speaker dows not work, and the lady wants to take an order while talking to the customer in fromt of her. So I order 2 choclate Sunday's and one Kreamball. Sundays 15,90 Kremball 21,90. The lady tells me it comes to R70 . I asked the lady R70 for 3 icecreams ? She says yes and breaks the prices down above . The lady then says her card machine is not working. So after that I asked her if the one upfront is not working ahe says she doesnt known , by this time the manager came through to sort thr machinw out and confirmed it does not work.the lady tells me she does not know if the machines upfront are working. I asked her to chek so I know , weather or not to come in. The manager goes and does not come back . She sends another lady to say the machines are not working. This.is.not the first time I had a awful experience with this KFC.
