Wrong orders

Went to heritage kfc first we got short meal, when we went back they didnt assist us. Second time we went and got raw pap and today we ordered online only when we get there were told its loadshedding and ther's no staff.how do i get my money back coz i already paid online? Your service is very poor and i dont think ill ever go back to that store although its nearby. Very very poor service
